Plotwise.trade provides tariff-based access to strategy testing infrastructure, including historical backtesting, real-time screeners, and related analytics. We are an analytical software provider and do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
The platform enables users to perform extensive historical backtesting on financial data. However, please be explicitly aware that past performance of any trading methodology is not indicative of future results. Just because a custom indicator or strategy combination generated exceptional results or "ideal" trade setups in historical simulations does not mean it will behave similarly or be profitable in real-world live trading.
Trading in financial markets, particularly cryptocurrencies, carries a substantial risk of financial loss. By using Plotwise.trade, you acknowledge and agree that:
While we strive for high uptime and accurate real-time data ingestion, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any chart data, indicator outputs, cluster analytics, or stored user data. We do not guarantee the preservation, integrity, or future availability of your saved strategies, scripts, backtests, or other account data. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
Plotwise.trade reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tier, feature, database quota, or dataset access without prior financial compensation. Data visibility and storage limits depend on your active tariff. If your paid tariff expires or is downgraded, data outside your current tariff limits may be removed according to our retention rules.
If your paid tariff ends and your account becomes Free, we will generally retain your current data and alarms for up to 15 days. We will send an email notice when this downgrade to Free occurs and another reminder approximately 1 day before cleanup. After the 15-day retention period, we may permanently delete any data that exceeds the Free tariff limits and keep only the data allowed under the Free tariff. If you upgrade again before the cleanup date and your account is no longer on Free, this cleanup will not be applied.
Our platform allows you to script custom indicators, patterns, and complex strategies. You retain all ownership rights to your proprietary trading logic. By saving and running your code on Plotwise.trade, you grant us the necessary technical license to store, process, and execute your code on our cluster infrastructure solely to provide the ongoing service to you. We will not sell, publish, or use your private trading edge for our own proprietary trading.
Access to premium features (PRO, PRO+, ULTRA tiers) requires payment. By completing payment, you purchase a fixed access period for the selected tariff. All payments are strictly final and non-refundable. Purchases cannot be canceled, reversed, or prorated after payment. Once bought, the paid period continues under the purchased tariff conditions until it ends.
Users are expected to deploy code responsibly. Attempting to exploit our cluster engine, bypass concurrent limit constraints, upload malicious executing scripts, or launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our servers is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to instantly terminate or suspend any account, without refund, if abuse of the technical infrastructure is detected.
Plotwise.trade pulls data from third-party cryptocurrency exchanges (e.g., Binance) and may allow automated signaling. We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any exchange. If you choose to link or use exchange API keys with our platform, you must ensure they are properly restricted (e.g., disabling withdrawal rights). The security of your external exchange accounts remains entirely your responsibility.
To use Plotwise.trade, you must be legally permitted to use trading platforms and related analytical software in your jurisdiction and be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
By continuing to use Plotwise.trade (including but not limited to our server-side engine, visual testers, alerting mechanisms, and tariff-based strategy testing access), you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these risks and conditions, you must cease using the platform immediately.
