Data retention depends on your active tariff limits plus an additional 1 month retention window. If your account moves from a higher tariff to a lower tariff (including downgrade to Free), data that exceeds the lower tariff limits remains available for up to 30 calendar days and can then be permanently deleted. Example: if you used PRO+ and then moved to Free, PRO+ level data may be removed after 30 days.
