The VP Pivot UAlgo Hybrid is a premium overlay indicator that combines Volume Profile Pivot Anchored calculations with UAlgo momentum signals. It filters out false breakouts and counter-trend movements by strictly allowing trades in the direction of recent Volume Profile breakouts.

Hybrid Filter Logic

The indicator builds Volume Profiles dynamically between swing pivot points, establishing the Value Area High (VAH), Value Area Low (VAL), and Point of Control (POC) for each profile. It filters trend signals using the following rules:

• Long-Only State (Bullish): If the last breakout of the two most recent completed profiles was upward (price crossing above the breakout level), the hybrid filters all sell signals and accepts **only BUY signals** from UAlgo.
• Short-Only State (Bearish): If the last breakout of the two most recent completed profiles was downward (price crossing below the breakout level), the hybrid filters all buy signals and accepts **only SELL signals** from UAlgo.
• Wait State: If both breakouts occurred on the same candle, or no breakouts have occurred yet, all signals are suppressed.

Breakout levels can be configured to use VAH/VAL (default), POC, or Pivot Price. High-risk signals can also be filtered out during overbought/oversold exhaustion states.

What does the indicator show?

• Volume Profiles: Draws horizontal volume grids directly on the chart (if enabled), with distinct coloring inside the Value Area (Gold) and outside (Grey), and a red POC line.
• UAlgo Trend Cloud: Shaded bands (Green/Red) outlining the immediate trend.
• Filtered Signal Arrows: Green "Buy" and Red "Sell" triangles signifying fully validated trade setups.
• Trade Level Lines: Plotted entry (Blue), Stop Loss (Red), and TP1, TP2, TP3 targets.
• State Dashboard: A premium glassmorphic dashboard displaying the active breakout state, active trend, and confluence settings.

Trading Strategies

• Profile Breakout Confluence: Trade UAlgo signals only when confirmed by a macro breakout of the recent Volume Profile Value Area. This ensures that you are trading in the direction of the dominant market breakout structure.
• High-Risk Suppression: Enable the high-risk filter to suppress buy signals when the price is extremely overbought relative to the Value Area, or sell signals when the price is oversold, avoiding chasing extensions.
