The VP Exhaustion UAlgo Hybrid is a premium overlay indicator that filters UAlgo (SuperTrend-based) momentum signals strictly using Volume Profile Value Area exhaustion states. It provides trade execution signals alongside dynamic Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) levels, while keeping the chart clean by omitting visual volume profile grids.
Hybrid Logic
- Volume Profile Core: Dynamically calculates Volume Profiles between swing pivot points, measuring Value Area High (VAH), Value Area Low (VAL), and Point of Control (POC).
- Exhaustion Detection (OB/OS): Triggered when price stretches far outside the Value Area (beyond a set threshold) AND candle volume drops below the average volume of past profiles, indicating thin-liquidity exhaustion.
- Overbought Exhaustion (Orange Triangle): Enters a SHORT-ONLY state, completely suppressing any Buy signals.
- Oversold Exhaustion (Cyan Triangle): Enters a LONG-ONLY state, completely suppressing any Sell signals.
- Breakout Confluence: If enabled, signals must also align with the macro breakout trend determined by price breakouts above or below VAH/VAL of the last completed profiles.
- Trade Targets: Generates automatic trade management levels (Entry, Stop Loss, and TP1, TP2, TP3 targets) on filtered entries.
What does the indicator show?
- UAlgo Trend Cloud: Shaded bands (Green/Red) outlining the immediate trend boundaries.
- Exhaustion Markers:
- Orange Triangle: Overbought exhaustion (institutions drying up, leading to a Short-Only filter).
- Cyan Triangle: Oversold exhaustion (selling drying up, leading to a Long-Only filter).
- Filtered Signal Arrows: Green "Buy" and Red "Sell" triangles indicating fully confluenced trade setups.
- Trade Level Lines: Plotted entry (Blue), Stop Loss (Red), and Take Profit (Green/Teal) targets.
- Status Dashboard: A beautiful glassmorphic dashboard displaying active hybrid states, trend direction, and confluence status.
Trading Strategies
- Exhaustion-Filtered Entries: Trade only in the direction of the last exhaustion marker (e.g. buying UAlgo signals only after a Cyan triangle appears). This protects against buying the exact top or selling the exact bottom.
- Confluence Mode: Enable the breakout filter to ensure trades are only executed when the exhaustion state matches the macro profile breakout direction.
